Huanghe Lake Tourist Area is located in Yongan Town, Central District of Neijiang City, 12 kilometers away from Neijiang city and 20 kilometers away from Zigong. The scenic spot is located between Chengdu and Chongqing, so it is named for its proximity to Huanghe Lake. The scenic spot is located in the middle of the middle hilly zone of Sichuan Basin, the middle and lower reaches of the Tuojiang River, with Zizhong County to the north, Zigong City to the south and Weiyuan County to the west.

Huanghe Lake Tourist Zone is located in Yongan Town, Shizhong District, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province. It is 15 kilometers away from Neijiang City, 180 kilometers away from Chengdu and 175 kilometers away from Chongqing. It is close to the Yongan exit of Neiyi Highway, close to Zizhong in the north, Zigong in the south and Weiyuan County in the west.
